Founded in 2009, our leadership established Gen II to create a better way to administer funds. Today, Gen II has grown to become the largest independent private equity fund administrator with the longest-tenured, most experienced team in the industry. Tania Mavronas-Falu

Head of Business Development–US & Principal

Tania joined Gen II Fund Services, LLC at its inception in July 2009, making her one of the firm's longest-tenured partners. She leads US business development, bringing deep credibility to conversations with fund managers and institutional investors across strategy, structuring, and operational due diligence.

With over two decades of experience in private equity administration and real assets — spanning infrastructure, buyout, venture capital, and real estate — Tania has been instrumental in shaping Gen II's growth and service evolution since day one. Prior to Gen II, she served as Vice President at Citi Private Equity Services. She holds a BBA in Public Accounting and an MS in Investment Management, both with honors, from Pace University.
