Tania Mavronas-Falu

Head of Business Development-US, & Principal

 New York, NY

Tania joined Gen II Fund Services, LLC at its inception in July 2009, making her one of the firm's longest-tenured partners and a key contributor to its growth from the ground up. With over two decades of experience in private equity administration and real assets, she brings a rare combination of deep operational expertise and client-facing leadership to her role driving business development across the firm.

Throughout her tenure at Gen II, Tania has been instrumental in shaping the firm's growth and service evolution — from spearheading the development of Gen II's Luxembourg integration to building out service models for portfolio administration that now serve as a foundation for the firm's institutional offering. Her background spanning infrastructure, buyout, venture capital, and real estate funds gives her an authoritative voice in conversations with the most sophisticated fund managers and institutional investors.

Tania's subject matter expertise encompasses private equity fund reporting, investment accounting, complex fund structures, management incentive waivers, partner allocations, and real estate and infrastructure accounting — a breadth that enables her to engage credibly across strategy, structuring, and operational due diligence conversations with prospective clients.

Prior to Gen II, Tania served as Vice President at Citi Private Equity Services, Inc. (formerly Bisys Private Equity), where she administered private equity funds with assets under administration in the billions.

Tania graduated with honors from Pace University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting and a Master of Science in Investment Management.
