Danielle has over 10 years’ experience in the finance industry across multiple private structures based in various jurisdictions including Jersey, Geneva, Monaco, the US, BVI and Cayman.
Danielle works closely with a number of UHNWIs and significant families across the globe and provides administrative services to complex structures. She has a particular focus on the transition of wealth across generations and providing support to existing Family Offices and representatives while families institutionalise their wealth. This work often includes group consolidations and tailored auditor reviews.
Danielle provides oversight to a large team administering investment portfolios, financing vehicles as well as commercial and residential real estate. She is heavily involved with the training and mentoring of junior staff across her direct team and the wider department. She has considerable experience of developing and implementing family constitutions, including those which require implementation in line with Sharia’a principles, and the development of committees, most notably the creation of an investment advisory committee over a client portfolio of approx. $650M. Danielle has assisted with the relocation of multiple foreign family offices, including the development of the required corporate governance framework to support the relocation.
Danielle holds the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration and the CISI Islamic Finance Qualification. She is currently undertaking further qualifications with STEP in respect of Advising Family Businesses and Family Business Governance.
