Jersey-based Manager Will Taylor and Assistant Managers Dione Duhamel and Melloney Bond are all listed in ePrivateClient’s ‘Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35’, published this week and which lists the top 70 rising stars - 35 men and 35 women - working across the private client sector in Jersey and Guernsey.

Will has more than six years’ experience in real estate, private equity and family office structuring gained by working for some leading firms in the service provider space. Having joined Crestbridge last year he is used to managing complex multijurisdictional structures and has particular experience in Shariah-compliant financing, which is vital given the firm’s growth in and strategic focus on the Middle East market.

Dione joined Crestbridge in late 2019 and has six years’ experience in international fund, company and trust structuring. She has specialist private equity fund administration experience to support the increasingly diverse ambitions of Crestbridge’s family office clients, is qualified to IFA Level 5 and has input into a number of projects in her current and previous roles, all designed to improve internal procedures and enhance client experience.

Melloney performs a unique role within the team, supporting the business development function of the department. She has more than a decade of experience in client facing roles in the private client industry, of which approximately six were in the Jersey trust sector and almost five in the legal and tax industry in London.

Melloney holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management (Distinction).

Heather Tibbo, Group Head of Crestbridge Family Office Services, said: “We have a clear focus on nurturing talent within our Family Office Services team, recognising the increasingly diverse and evolving needs of our international family office clients. In Will, Melloney and Dione we have three exceptional individuals who all bring valuable skills, specialist expertise and knowledge to our team, and I’m delighted for them to be recognised as rising stars in the Channel Islands.”
