Crestbridge makes Director promotions to accompany further growth
Amongst the senior promotions are Daniela Klasén-Martin, Managing Director and Head of Crestbridge’s Luxembourg office, who becomes a Director of Crestbridge’s Jersey Management Company (ManCo) Board, Fiona St-Clair-Bolam, Head of Human Resources, who joins the firm’s Jersey operating company Board, and Fiona Fauvel, Head of Compliance, who becomes a Director of the Board for Crestbridge’s fund administration business.
These promotions follow the recent announcement that Paul Windsor, who is already on the Board of Crestbridge’s UK business, has been made Managing Director of its London office.
Meanwhile in the firm’s Jersey office, Stephanie Marriott becomes Associate Director in Crestbridge’s Corporate Services team, Chlöe Sorda, Senior Manager and Danielle Cottignies, Assistant Manager in Family Office services, and Daniel Hanby in Funds and Stephanie Queree in Real Estate become Senior Administrators. Claire Bell takes on a new role within Crestbridge as Company Secretary and will co-ordinate the corporate governance affairs of the group. In Luxembourg, Gregoire Mure becomes Assistant Manager and Pauline Babelart a Senior Accountant. The raft of promotions continue with Abigail Houghton, Bethany Banister, Carl Duncan, Jess O’Brien and Stephen De Ste Croix all becoming Administrators across the firm’s service areas, as part of its end-of-financial-year promotions.
Coinciding with these promotions, the firm is also reporting significant growth in staff over the past 12 months, with the total number of employees across its Jersey, Luxembourg, London and the Cayman Islands offices now standing at 180 people, reflecting a rise in headcount of 40%.
Graeme McArthur, CEO, Crestbridge said: “Over the past year, Crestbridge has pursued an ambitious but robust growth strategy, which has included opening new offices in London and the Cayman Islands. At the same time, our Jersey and Luxembourg offices have continued to see a significant increase in business flows across our Fund Administration, Management Company, Corporate, Real Estate and Family Office services business lines, and I am delighted that we’ve been able to recognise a number of key individuals in this latest round of promotions.”
“We continue to project further growth over the coming months and with that in mind I’m pleased to be able to strengthen our boards with these Director-level promotions, which reflect a diverse range of knowledge and experience. Their contribution will be invaluable as we maintain our strategy for the rest of 2016 and beyond.”
