Read time: 2 mins

Daniela Klasén-Martin, Managing Director and Country Head of Crestbridge Luxembourg, will introduce a session exploring how the global fund distribution landscape might evolve over the coming three decades at major ALFI event next week.

With ALFI marking it’s 30th anniversary this year, the Global Fund Distribution Conference, held over two days this month in Luxembourg (25-26th September) and expected to be attended by more than 650 funds professionals, will feature a stellar line up of experts discussing the successful evolution of Luxembourg as a fund distribution centre over the past 30 years, as well as key current issues including the impact of Brexit and distribution to new emerging markets.

Daniela will chair the afternoon session on the second day, when speakers will explore trends in the global economy, the impact of technology on the fund distribution landscape, and future products that may come to market over the coming 30 years.

Commenting on the event, Daniela said:

"With ALFI marking its 30th anniversary this year and with Europe at such a pivotal moment in its history, this is an opportune moment both to reflect on how global fund distribution has evolved and where the future innovations and opportunities lie. I'm looking forward to playing a part in what should be a fascinating discussion around the future of global fund distribution and Luxembourg's key role in that."
