Two senior women appointed to Crestbridge board
The Board appointments of Ana, Director of Corporate and Capital Markets Services, and Heather, Director of Family Office Services, mean that half of Crestbridge’s Board are women.
A Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience in the financial services sector, Ana has a strong background in regulated markets and a real depth of knowledge of financial control, corporate governance and risk management. She qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Prior to joining Crestbridge, Ana had a leadership role with a “big 4” firm of accountants working with blue chip financial services clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Heather, a member of the exclusive Citywealth ‘Power Women’ list, joined Crestbridge in April 2013 to help develop the family office services business. She has over 15 years’ experience in the private client arena, working with advisers in looking after families. In her capacity as a lawyer, Heather previously advised individuals, intermediaries and trustees in relation to offshore matters, before becoming involved in assisting in the development of wealth management organisations. Having worked in London for 11 years, Heather returned to Jersey in 2010 to help set up and develop a stand-alone office for a wealth management firm until she joined Crestbridge.
Commenting on the board appointments, Graeme McArthur, CEO, Crestbridge said:
“As a rapidly growing firm in terms of both headcount, business share and geographical reach, having a balanced and representative Board of Directors to provide guidance and oversight in a complex environment is absolutely vital. I welcome Ana and Heather to the Board and am sure that their added expertise, experience and knowledge will be hugely valuable as we continue to drive our business forward.”
Crestbridge offers a wide portfolio of services across numerous business areas including fund, corporate, real estate, capital markets and family office services. The firm has a 16 year pedigree in financial services, administers over US$50 billion of assets across multi-jurisdictional structures, and supports a broad range of blue chip corporate clients.
