Crestbridge understands the value of maintaining a balance of automation and a personal approach, which we achieve by investing in leading technology to enhance our business efficiency, whilst simultaneously maintaining human interaction from the point of the on-boarding process, and throughout our client relationships. My key focus is therefore on maintaining this balance and over the coming months I will be working on a number of technology and service initiatives aimed at enhancing our service and delivery efficiencies still further and ensuring the continual evolution of our market leading service proposition.”
Prior to joining Crestbridge, James’ previous roles included COO of Augentius, a leading global provider of alternative investment solutions to Private Equity and Real Estate Funds. He also played a key role in the successful sale of Augentius to SGG in 2018. James brings with him over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, of which, 15 years have been focused on private equity and real estate fund administration. He also has a deep understanding of business-wide functions including legal, PMO, HR, Sales, and IT.
