Paul brings over thirty years’ real estate accounting and tax experience to the board, which includes a number of property experts from the highest levels of the industry. 

This week, launched its first REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) after securing high-profile investment from Zoopla and prolific venture capitalist Robin Klein. The REIT will invest in properties based in Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester and will allow individuals to invest in the property market with a contribution of as little as £100.The innovative investment gives investors the opportunity to see their savings change in line with property prices, earning them rental income and return on their initial investment.
