Crestbridge Head of Funds at INREV Roundtables
The Advanced Tax Roundtable is an exclusive event reserved for senior professionals. It will focus on the changing climate of tax in Europe and the US, how it’s shaping fund structuring, and what the impact is on investor strategies for mitigating tax-related risk.
Highlighted topics to be covered at the event will range from US tax reforms to impact assessments for non-listed funds, effects of due diligence and reporting, and conclusions of the OECD BEPS action plan. The roundtable is set to take place on 11 October at the Double Tree Hilton in Luxembourg.
Michael will also be attending the Finance and Operations Roundtable on 12 October, which aims to look at ‘Smart Strategies for Innovation’, focussing on the importance of technology in the future of financial services, amongst other topics such as Brexit and operational due diligence.
Michael joined Crestbridge earlier this summer with a remit to grow and develop the firm’s fund services business from Jersey, a business that spans the full range of private equity, debt, real estate and hedge fund asset classes.
The administration of multi-jurisdictional funds represents one of the most important service areas for Crestbridge which serves international blue-chip corporate companies – including FTSE 100 companies, banks, pension funds, real estate, private equity and venture capital funds – and has over US$115 billion of assets under administration across multiple structures.
