Andrea Lennon
Country Head - Ireland
Andrea has over 23 years' experience in the financial services sector.
During this time she's held a range of roles including senior operational and client services positions within global and capital markets institutions, as well as roles in relationship and business development for European and US investment fund service providers, working with asset managers and owners across Europe, the US and Asia.
In her role as Country Head of Crestbridge in Ireland, Andrea is responsible for the growth and success of Ireland team including developing and implementing the firm's country strategy. She's also responsible for the ongoing operational excellence and strong governance practices of the team, whilst ensuring consistent delivery of the highest levels of client service.
Prior to joining Crestbridge, Andrea was a director at a large European management company with responsibility for supporting the firm's blue chip client base through oversight and management of large complex operating models.
Andrea has a deep understanding of the regulatory environment, including upcoming changes and the expectation of the Central Bank of Ireland.
Andrea is appointed as a PCF 1 (office of executive director), PCF 2 (non-executive director), PCF 8 (the office of chief executive) and PCF 11 (Head of Finance).
