Crestbridge appoints new Director, Client Operations
Crestbridge has announced the appointment of Jessica Murray as Director, Client Operations within its Institutional segment, as it continues to expand it’s strategic growth ambitions.
In her new role Jessica will work closely with both the Client Operations and Change & Technology teams to drive and implement operational efficiencies across the businesses Institutional segment. She will initially focus on reviewing and streamlining operational processes to help further enhance Crestbridge’s high-quality level of customer service.
In her previous roles, Jessica has acted as client account lead for a key client, managing multiple associated resources and securing significant revenue growth. She has also led large transformation programmes, helping organisations achieve scalable growth through the use of analytics, automation, operating model efficiencies and people/cultural change.
Jessica has over 14 years' experience working for leading global technology and business consultancy firms, where she has worked across a diverse range of roles and developed significant expertise in the areas of process optimisation, operational efficiency and digital transformation programmes.
