We provide a comprehensive range of administration, accounting, reporting and trustee services to funds, corporates, employee benefits trusts, philanthropic and family office structures.

Crestbridge is committed to the Middle East – we have operated from Bahrain since 2003 and were the first business to be granted a trust licence in the country.

Our team has significant experience of the Middle Eastern market – including an in-depth understanding of Islamic Finance and Shari’a compliant structures – and a strong track record of servicing multi-jurisdictional structures holding both GCC and International assets.  Above all we offer ‘peace of mind’ to clients that their assets are being administered to the highest possible standards.

Why Bahrain?

Bahrain is a nation comprising more than 30 islands in the Arabian Gulf, and has been at the centre of major trade routes since antiquity.  With a population of 1.4 million, Bahrain has been the Gulf’s financial capital for more than 40 years and has led the Middle East in a range of sectors – from banking and insurance to asset management and Islamic finance.

Bahrain’s business-friendly environment hosts more financial institutions than any other in the Gulf, with over 400 licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), which has been regarded as the region’s most respected, world-class regulator for a number of years. Bahrain also became one of the first countries in the Middle East to introduce trusts when, in 2006, the CBB enacted the Financial Trust Law.
