Crestbridge to attend FT Property Summit 2016
Paul Windsor, Managing Director, London, and Simon Todd, Head of Real Estate, Jersey, will be at the 10th Annual FT Property Summit, which takes place on 7th December at the Waldorf Astoria, London. The Summit will provide a window into the latest investment and development trends to assess what the future holds for London and beyond, and will feature Martin Wolf, CBE, Associate Editor, and Chief Economics Commentator from the Financial Times as keynote speaker.
Other speakers include James Murray, Deputy Mayor for Housing at London City Hall, Lisette Van Doorn, Chief Executive of the Urban Land Institute’s European operations, and Rob Tincknell, Chief Executive Officer of Battersea Power Station Development Company.
Through a combination of interviews, panel sessions and presentations, the Summit will look at a range of issues impacting the UK and wider real estate market, including the impact of global political and economic shifts, such as Brexit and China’s slowdown, on the commercial property market, the future of investment flows particularly from sovereign wealth funds, and what the world’s fastest growing firms look for in a major office site.
