Kennedy Wilson

Crestbridge supported Kennedy Wilson with what is believed to be the second largest real estate IPO in LSE history, and in particular with the establishment of the fund and provision of company secretarial, administration and director services to a new, Jersey domiciled real estate fund structure listed on the LSE. The fund raised £1 billion and is reported to be the largest real estate IPO since the downturn and has since been granted FTSE 250 status (5 June 2014). The fund invests in commercial real estate in the UK, Spain and Ireland as well as distressed loan portfolios.

Fund of Funds

Take on of an existing Jersey hybrid fund structured as an open ended unit trust with multiple sub-funds for a US investment bank. Crestbridge oversaw the transition and is providing ongoing administration and accounting services, to the fund and manager, the calculation of daily Net Asset Values and is acting as the Trustee. The fund NAV is in excess of £1.2 billion and is aimed at the institutional client market.

Asia Fund  

Appointment to a Jersey Expert Fund structured as an open-ended unit trust which invests in companies located in Asia. Crestbridge provides ongoing trustee, MoME, administration and director services to the US$100 million fund working closely with a global platform outside of Jersey who provide NAV and custody services.

Natural Resources Fund

Crestbridge has been working with a new Manager since 2012 in the launch of its first fund. This fund closed in early 2014 having raised in excess of US$400 million. Crestbridge supports the whole structure providing directors, compliance, company secretarial services, administration and accounting to the two funds and the associated vehicles in both Jersey and Luxembourg.

UK Fund

Appointment to a US$500 million Jersey Expert Fund structured as an open-ended multi class unit trust, listed on the CISE.  The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of companies located in the UK. Crestbridge undertakes the provision of ongoing trustee, MoME, administration and director services, partnering with a major custody bank in the provision of custodian and accounting services.

Aspect/Bank MTN programme 

A Medium Term Note programme of €175 million for a major US bank sponsored by Aspect Capital in London who is the lead investor in this programme investing through SPVs into a series of Cayman funds. The programme has three Jersey issuers for which Crestbridge provide full services, including calculation agent. 

Hastings Insurance restructuring

Providing registered office services to a Jersey private holding company for one of Europe’s fastest growing insurance companies. Goldman Sachs invested £150 million and acquired a 50% stake in Hastings Insurance Group, the group is now valued at £700 million.
